Family Practice Physician Full-time or part-time

Board Certified/Board Eligible community-oriented family practice physician needed to work in rural Community Health Center group practice. Provide primary care for patients of all ages and complexity, including minor surgical procedures. Familiarity with chronic disease management programs a plus. Inpatient hospital as part of a local physician call group. No OB. Oversee physician assistants or nurse practitioners. Competitive salary and benefit package available. General Dentist Full-time or part-time

Experienced or new graduates of ADA approved dental school are welcomed to apply. Those with a broad range of skills including root canals, dentures and partials would be needed to work in a community centered dental practice. Working with low income and uninsured patients is a plus. Must be flexible with hours and locations. One must have a Michigan license and CPR certification. Licensed Practical Nurse Full-time or part-time

Need to perform all aspects of dental hygiene: prophy, periodontal charting, patient education and other aspects of patient care.
